Pre-School
The Primary goal of the Rupy's International School is to help children reach full potential in all areas of life. Activities promote the development of social skills, emotional growth, and physical coordination as well as congnitive preparation. The curriculum, under the direction of specially trained teachers allows the children to enjoy the experience of learning and time to enjoy the process. It also ensures the development of self-esteem and provides the experience from which children increase their knowledge.
The earliest stage in school is the most important for education. The first education step is at the age of 2 in "Pink room" and then to "Green room" and then on to "Red room" and finally at the age of 5-6 students go to "K.G.". Pre-primary education is given through play way method in a free and friendly atmosphere. It is incremental in developing the motor skills, social skills, verbal ability, confidence along with learning of art and craft. At the ages of 5, the 3Rs find a more prominent place in the curriculum. Recognition, reading and writing of the small three letter words are introduced in KG along with basic arithmetic concepts. No formal home work is given.
Children are free to work at their own pace with materials they have chosen, either alone or with others. The Teacher relies on his or her observations of the children to determine which new activities and materials he or she may introduce in individual children or a small or large group. The aim is to encourage active, self-directed learning and to strike a balance between individual and group needs. Their curiosities and horizons are expanded through exposure to a variety of stimulating materials. Our teachers help children learn the limits of their behavior and to develop their interpersonal and groups skills.
Pink Room
Children of 2 to 3 years come to Pink Room.
Pink room being the beginners class, we make an effort to make the child comfortable with the school and people around them.
Once they are settled, then we provide them with our different activities such as, singing, painting, pottery, physical education, art, dancing, cooking, computer, library and movies.
We provide such a friendly atmosphere that children love coming and enjoying all the activities so that they achieve the learning process through interest. Our goal is to get them ready emotionally, physically, socially and pratically for the next class.
In Green Room, the children are provided education through play-way method. To develop their motor control, children are given a lot of colouring to do and also play with play-dolls which help to exercise their muscles.
