Classes One and Two

The primary sections of the school that do not follow the procedure of Subject Class, are classes I and II. Both classes are divided into two sections. Each section is guided by individual teachers for the core subjects.   
The primary level of learning introduces the child to a meaningful world of pleasant experiences providing them full opportunities to master motor, physical, academic and social skills. The learning of different subjects takes place interactively through learning initiatively through lively discussions, projects, worksheets, excursions, etc.
Physical Education is an integral part of the curriculum. Specific Physical Training and games periods provide the children with ample opportunities for sports and organized games. Annual Sports and P.T displays are spectacular and colourful, especially at this level of learning.
Various competitions like group recitation in English, Hindi, Nepali and French, Art, Handwriting, Story Telling are conducted periodically in order to give every child the opportunity to participate and build up their confidence.
Exclusive Computer Laboratories for the primary children of Standard I and II are available for computer studies.
The Primary School follows a system of continuous formal and informal evaluation. The children of class I and II are assessed on their daily performance along with assigning grades.
Constant guidance is given to the students with behavioral problems by the respective class teachers.
Our overall activities for the children of the primary level is to span the cognitive, emotional, psychomotor, physical, spiritual, social and creative aspects of a child's growth during the early school years.
